"Then we should see where we can do the farm... I haven't checked the soil to know what we will need to make it viable for a good crop." She wondered the soil type.

"Yes... I am eager to start doing something more proactive than just paint and log the different sites." She didn't sound so eager thought. May have been her training or just her odd way of looking at life.

Yukari played a hunch. Probably wrong, but there were limits to what her personal empathy could recognize.

"Not the most exciting, but if we pick the right site, whole new possibilities open up for us."

"I hope we can find a river or a water source that is not the salty water of the sea or have to rely on the rain and these storms to collect fresh water." She sighed. "The temperature here is more like the ones I am used to in the southern Crane lands."

"I think so too...but where shall we start looking?" Hana wondered. "I want to explore the coast a bit better to see if we can find the river outlet."

"I'm sure there are streams nearby- I rather doubt all of water is either collected rainfall or hauled from the mainland in barrels. We could just ask someone."

She glanced at the wreath, then at her own various projects.

Yukari if she looked closer at the wreath would feel at peace and calmed. It was her Kakita training that allowed it to make her feel that way. It was meant for the Fortune to be at peace so the Doji tried hard. "Of course... we have things to finish up. I have to continue my log and off this to the fortune."
