[Miya Akari]

"She does from my understanding as well," Akari replied. A blush forming at the thought of the Shiba and flowers. Images could not be easily dismissed from her mind.

"We conversed quite a bit about it. It was a pleasant conversation."

Akari finished up with the azaleas she needed and waited for the Crane to do so as well.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"You said you needed pieces of wood..." She seemed not to notice the blush of the Miya. Hana's mind was elsewhere like many times when surrounded by strange plants. Such interesting sounds. Such interesting music... "I think I saw some useful ones closer to the beach."

[Miya Akari]

"Yes. Something that is a bit fragrant when burned." She nodded at the suggestion and picks up the basket.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

The Doji stops at a tree and nods. "This one seems to have a... familiar sense... I mean it is familiar to the Jinko trees." She looked at the leaves and they were quite similar if not the same. She placed a hand on the trunk and nodded. "You can have this piece over here."

[Miya Akari]

Moving to the piece, she smiled and collected. From a touch? That, and talking of a familiar sense. Something is definitely different.

"I am sure Asako-san will be pleased with this for the incense base," she said after breathing in the scent.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

The Doji was in her element yet she was holding back. "Yes... I hope she is. You are going to visit Shiba san later today right?" She wondered.

[Miya Akari]

"I will see her, yes," the Miya replied. Probably with a bit more excitement in her tone than expected or intended. "I imagine that you two have a great deal to talk about. I would not be able to keep up." She seemed to be a bit embarrassed by that.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

The Doji once again ignored the enthusiastic tone as she started to walk towards a shrub that had a white and yellow flower. She moved closer to the flower and smelled it. It was like an eureka moment for the Doji. "You..." she said to the plant. "Ah... This might be useful for Asako san as well as for Shiba san, the aroma probably will be stronger at night." Your music is so strange... I don't know what to think. "It has a pleasant aroma but it was what I smelled most of the night forest last evening." She explained

[Miya Akari]

Akari nodded and moved to join her next to the shrub. She looks around to see if there are any similar saplings that might be nearby. But otherwise follows the Doji's lead. "Are these good? Over here? Did you want one of these as well?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Yes... I would like one..." The Doji smiled. "I don't think I would like to move this one yet..." The Doji looked around at the small saplings. "Here.." Interesting they sound different.

[Miya Akari]

The Imperial complied with the suggested plants. Using some burlap and the trowel to carefully prepare them for transport in the basket. Again, she dripped some fresh water on them.

"I really appreciate your help, Doji-san. I'd have likely been pretty lost with what to collect."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I am glad to have been of service." The Doji bowed.

[Miya Akari]

The bow is returned, but she doesn't wish to return quite yet. She drips some more water on the plants in the basket after setting it down. "You seem to feel very at home out here. Comfortable even," she says. "There are not too many forests near your home are there?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Ah... there are some... but this one is different from. the ones back in the main land." The Doji shook her head. "I guess it is my new home away from home... I like the plants. They are good listeners and provide an odd comfort to this one." She looked at the plumeria flowers and smiled. "I don't have many friends so... these bring me comfort."

[Miya Akari]

"Well, I think you're great. Helpful, kind, pleasant and smart! So you can count me as a friend," she said with a bright smile.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I am just doing my duty, Miya sama." Did she say she wanted to be my friend? It was an interesting feeling that filled the Doji's heart yet she knew this was going to last long. "Ah... tha...thank you... I hope I can be a good friend to you."

[Miya Akari]

"And I hope I can be a good friend to you as well." Akari nods confidently. "So, Chamomile, azalea, jinko, and what is this last one called?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I don't think we have such flower in the main land... It kind of resembles an egg but such name doesn't go with it." She looked at the flower and wondered. "I don't know how to call it... there might be other kinds of the similar plant and I... don't know." The Doji should have been excited for such find but the woman was actually puzzled.

[Miya Akari]

"So, perhaps it needs a name? Or maybe it's been given one by someone else here already? Maybe we should ask. Kitsuki-san might know since she does an excellent job of maintaining lists and reports," Akari suggests.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Do you think she would maintain such records? I mean... some people find that flowers are insignificant and have no value... you know." She pondered if the log maker would even care about the flowers of the place that have little practical use.
