Day 3 (MM): Event: Build-A-Shrine

[Daidoji Kenzo]

"Well if Asako-sama is going use Yukari-san as her proxy I am more than happy to go with her advice and cast my vote for Suitengu and Isora."

[Ikoma Matisutou]

Matisutou raises an eyebrow quizzically at the idea of a vote, cocking his head. And he gives a slight shrug.

The Fortunes must be honored, of course.

[Hiromoto]

"Then if the Shugenja believes that Suitengu and Isora are who heaven decrees we ought to dedicate the shrine to, we should follow heavens will. Though I believe that we ought to pay heed to Osano-Wo in some way, seeing as his eyes are upon us."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Perhaps we can make a small ritual to appease Osano-Wo." The Doji offered looking at Yukari. "What do you think?"

[Shiba Yukari]

"The Fortune of Fire and Thunder is absolutely worthy of reverence..."

She looked out toward the approaching storm.

"... even when he isn't actively reminding us of the fact.If... Mantis-san? Forgive me, I do not know your name, but if you have any ancestral linkage to the Fortune, then I would hear how you would specifically honor him. For my part, I am prepared to carve him a votive statue out of driftwood- but I rather doubt I'll have it done before the storm arrives."

[Daidoji Kenzo]

"So we are agreed then, a shine to Suitengu and Isora?"

[Koumori]

Kyo seemed a bit less than completely enthused when the outspoken vote was the one she said wasn't one, but if they were willing to live with the consequences, if there were any to begin with and they weren't just being panicked for nothing, then that was on them.

"Fine. With the wood on the island then. We'll collect it tomorrow. Now, go on about your day. Shoo shoo."
