To get into the game, all you need to do is have a loose idea for a character and then a name. Once you've got that name, you can apply to the site and I'll make a private forum for you as well.

Given the fact that this is a freeform game with no rolls (or highly limited ones to aid in situations where you may want to make fluff rolls in Orokos, if you are feeling lucky), sheets are not required to play, but characters can only be from RAW clans and schools. When playing these characters, play them as more fleshed out as if they were built with 100xp instead of 40. However, if you wish to build a sheet, you can.

Later down the line, if players wish to do so, character sheets could become necessary for events if the playerbase decides that they would like to roll. Given the nature of this server as something casual in between larger games, I don't want to come in with rolling off the bat.
