[D4 EA Open] Thunder and Flowers

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"No... I have never tried." The Doji took a breath. She tried to control her breathing as too much excitement might not be good for her.

[Miya Akari]

"Let's write a prayer for him then. We can request his leniency for the village," Akari suggests.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Just let me think." As she continued to control her breathing. "How.. do we write it?"

[Miya Akari]

Akari remained with the Crane. She figured she was just not overly active and so needed to regain her breath, not suspecting anything further.

"Well, there's usually some driftwood around here. We can go get some when you are ready," she replied with a bright smile.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Ah... yes." She said softly. The young lady laid down on the sand and looked at the clouds as she relaxed. "That one looks like a bunny." She pointed at a cloud.

[Miya Akari]

She looks in the direction Hanatsuko pointed and smiles. "I see it. That's lovely," Akari says, her tone happy and a bit bubbly. "It's chasing the wind. How fun. You have a good eye for detail."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Need to, for the arrangements are supposed to show subtlety with details that message the receiver of some hints of the intention of the giver." She chuckled. "That one looks like a puffy foo-lion."

[Miya Akari]

"My eyes look for intent or hidden things. I often have more difficulty seeing the thing right in front of me because I'm looking everywhere else for something out of place," she admits.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"That is what a protector must do... I wonder if I return to the Crane lands would they think I would need protection or someone to serve as a second..." She sighed. Hana continued to look at the clouds. "That one looks like an angry Hida..."

[Miya Akari]

"I think that if you are uncomfortable with the idea of returning to Crane lands, you might be able to get a permanent assignment with the explorers," Akari replied. "The opportunity to see more rare plants, though much less opportunity to tend gardens and the like than being back home."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I think that joining the explorers might be a good thing." Hana nodded. "I think I am ready to find that stick." She sat up and dusted her hair and what she could reach of her back.

[Miya Akari]

Akari helped Hanatsuko up to her feet and offered to help with sand on her back.

"Let's go have a look around then," she said with encouragement. "Explore the cove a bit until we find a stick."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

Hanatsuko took the helping hand and dusted her hakama. "Yes" Hana followed the Miya keeping her eyes peeled to find the a stick that would be fitting for the writing of the prayer.

[Miya Akari]

"Despite the looming storm, I still find the beaches here beautiful. Perhaps a bit more actually," she says as she walks alongside the Crane.

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"They are soothing places one can sit down and listen to the waves." Palm trees harmonizing "It is a nice place to meditate and to enjoy oneself."
